Found the car on Cars.com, made an appointment on a Sunday and could not have been pleased with the process.

Look, it's a tough business. Car salesmen and service people don't get paid a ton of money, and you're going to have some clunkers every now and then. Wherever there are people, there are going to be some issues. If you get a salesman, service rep, or sub-manager that doesn't float your boat, simply ask for another one. No General Manager of any dealership wants to keep people on board who are driving away customers, so you actually are helping both yourself and the dealer if you elevate any unpleasant situations. That's what managers, and managers of managers, are there for. Make them earn their money! Having said that, when I get a good one, I like to tell you. If your guy/gal in ther service department doesn't scratch your itch, ask for Jeff Washington. He just took care of me last week quicklly and professionally. Moreover, when a friend who brought me to pick up my car experienced an emergency in her Toyota, Jeff insisted on coming out to look at it and assist. Not their car, not their brand, but he helped us out anyway. I've actually had good experiences with all the service reps in there, but that's for another review. Bottom line: I go to Brown's all the time and will keep going.
