Two years ago I purchased a 2010 Altima 3.5 SR from this dealership. I worked hard to get the best deal possible and because of that they earned a repeat customer. This past weekend (May 6th) I went back to dealership and met up with Will Weaver and Patrick Hall, both of whom were a pleasure to work with. Patrick and I had a history based on my previous purchase; this was the first time Will and I worked together. I was trading in my 2010 Altima and looking to get a 2012 Maxima. Will worked hard to ensure that I got a fair price for my Altima and Patrick sealed the deal for the new car by approving the sale price of my Altima. Patrick went a step further and ensured I understood all the financing options and was comfortable with the deal that had been worked out. Which I was. So often purchasing a new car can feel like a battle of attrition and after it's over you somehow walk away feeling like you lost. This dealership, Patrick and Will in particular, made me feel comfortable and continually stressed they were taking care of me. Instead of walking out of the dealership bruised and battered I walked out with a sweet new ride, a feeling of accomplishment and contentment, a strengthened relationship with Patrick, and new relationship with Will.
An excellent experience throughout the entire process of purchasing a 2012 Altima. John was very knowledgeable about the cars mechanical makeup & features and had a knack of knowing what was important to me without my needing to explain in detail. He and Jessica were very transparent with everything during pricing review, financing arrangements and the final agreement. No Negative Surprises! With price being one of the most important items in a car purchase, I visited the dealership as the result of a steeply discounted Altima in an advertisement. It was refreshing to have Brown's disclose everything up front and be realistically close to the advertised price (I didn't qualify for two incentives). There was no smoke and mirror pricing, ridiculous add on fees, or any unpleasant surprises. I had previously looked at the same car at two other dealerships that had so many added fees that it made me feel they were being dishonest, so I moved on. Too bad I went to Brown's last as I could have saved a lot of time had I gone there first. The combination of the very good price, but more importantly the honesty and integrity, will make me be loyal to them for all of my Nissan needs. I'll drive further to their location because of this experience and because I'm sure I can trust them.
This has been one of my best auto buying experiences. The price, friendliness and overall service was simply excellent. They kept their words "BUY HAPPY". Elliotte Adams was my sales personnel. He was friendly, didn't put any pressure, allowed me enough time to make decision. All other staff, including finance, also found to be very friendly and considerate. Within a week after the sale, I noticed some trunk motor issue for my MB E-350. I contacted Jerry Brooks and Patrick Hall for the same by e-mail and then phone. They were happy to fix it without giving me any hard time. Elliotte was following up with me about this fix througout. The service was worth 2K from MB dealer. The car looks almost like new now. It was a very pleasant exprience which I didn't expect before I visit them. I recommend this dealership for other buyers.
