  • I recently purchased a 2013 Altima 3.5SL from Brown's Dulles Nissan. I respect the dealership enough to have driven over 2 hours just to give them my business. While the whole buying/haggeling experience did leave a little to be desired, the customer service I received following my purchase was beyond exceptional. One particualr Customer Service Representative really stood out and is the reason I was left with a good lasting impression of this dealership, Ms. Laurie Bain. Ms Bain not only called me the evening after I had made the purchase, but also followed up with me weeks after the car was in my possession. She always left professional and inviting voice mails, was always apologetic if she felt Brown's Nissan had wronged in anyway, and most importantly..she was very accomodating to my requests. In short, no matter where you call for customer support these days-Ms. Bain would be the person you hope answers on the other end. I have no doubt in my mind that if this Nissan dealership continues to build on the values and professionalism, as perfectly demonstrated by Ms. Bain, Brown's Dulles Nissan will continue to have a prospectful future.
